Factory Service and Repair
In the event that your equipment fails to perform properly it may be returned to Astro-Med for a complete evaluation and repair.Please call our Technical Support Department at 1-877-867-9783 (USA only) or 1-401-828-4000 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note that the following information is necessary when requesting an RMA number.

• Software Version
• Complete description of failure
