Astro-Med warrants its recorders against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase.  For added peace of mind, Astro-Med offers Customer Support Packages and Service Agreements for our platform recorders. Extended Warranties are available for our portable recorders after the standard warranty has expired.

During the warranty period:

• CSP-EV Customer Support Package for the Everest
• SA-HSV Service Agreement for the Everest

After the warranty period:

• SA-EV Service Agreement for the Everest
• SA-HSV Service Agreement for the Everest
• SA-100 Service Agreement for the MT95K2 and MT95000
• Extended Warranty plans for all Dash Series recorders
