Available for Everest Telemetry Recorder Workstation, the SA-HSV Service Agreement provides replacement hard drive cartridges for systems in secure locations.

Under the SA-HSV Service Agreement, Astro-Med, Inc. will:

Provide a replacement hard drive cartridge in the event of hard drive failure. Once you receive the replacement cartridge simply remove the drive(s) from the original cartridge and return the empty cartridge to Astro-Med.
