TMX Signal Modules

The TMX uses modular analog inputs allowing you to easily configure the system for any testing application. The TMX has many optional analog input modules including Voltage, High-Voltage, Thermocouple, Bridge, RTD, and more. With the TMX's modular inputs, there's no need to purchase extra signal conditioners or struggle with unwieldy set-ups.

There are three slots within the TMX to accept any combination of signal modules. If you need to increase your channel count, simply add the TMX-E Expansion Chassis to the TMX for three additional signal modules. With the TMX-E Expansion Chassis, you can record up to 96 channels of data. The TMX and TMX-E Expansion Chassis are field-configurable so you can easily set up the TMX system for a multitude of tests.

UNIV-6
6-CHANNEL UNIVERSAL MODULE VOLTAGE AND DC BRIDGE
(ACCEPTS UP TO 250 VRMS)

The UNIV-6 accepts such a wide range of voltage inputs (5 mV full scale to 800 Volts full scale) it is often referred to as a universal input module. In addition to voltage recording, the UNIV-6 can also accept full, half, and quarter bridge inputs. It can provide up to 10 Volts DC excitation for transducer applications. Further, the UNIV-6 includes a multi-purpose frequency counter for monitoring Hz, RPM, distance, length, shaft angle, etc. With the UNIV-6, all channels are isolated from each other, as well as isolated from the TMX chassis. IHVM-6
6-CHANNEL HIGH VOLTAGE MODULE (ACCEPTS UP TO 600 VRMS)

The IHVM-6 is a Cat IV signal module that can directly measure high voltage signals such as 480 Vrms. There is no need to have an external step-down isolation module. The high voltage signal can go directly into the IHVM-6. The IHVM-6 accepts a wide range of voltage inputs (1 V full scale to 2000 V full scale) so it is suitable for 110 VAC, 220 VAC, 480 VAC – all the way up to 600 Vrms. Further, the IHVM-6 includes a multi-purpose frequency counter for monitoring Hz, RPM, distance, length, shaft angle, etc. With the IHVM-6, all channels are isolated from each other, as well as isolated from the TMX chassis. IHVM-6B
6-CHANNEL HIGH VOLTAGE MODULE, 10 MOHM INPUT IMPEDANCE (ACCEPTS UP TO 600 VRMS)

The IHVM-6B is a Cat IV signal module with 10MΩ input impedance. It can directly measure high voltage signals such as 480 Vrms. There is no need to have an external step-down isolation module. The high voltage signal can go directly into the IHVM-6B. The IHVM-6B accepts a wide range of voltage inputs (1 V full scale to 2000 V full scale) so it is suitable for 110 VAC, 220 VAC, 480 VAC – all the way up to 600 Vrms. Further, the IHVM-6B includes a multi-purpose frequency counter for monitoring Hz, RPM, distance, length, shaft angle, etc. With the IHVM-6B, all channels are isolated from each other, as well as isolated from the TMX chassis. NIDV-16
16-CHANNEL NON-ISOLATED DIFFERENTIAL VOLTAGE MODULE
(ACCEPTS UP TO 35 VRMS)

The NIDV-16 economically accommodates 16 channels of differential inputs with a measurement range of 80 mV full scale to 100 V full scale. In addition to voltage recording, the NIDV-16 also provides a variety of Counter Modes such as gated time frequency counter, cycle based frequency counter, pulse counter, quadrature counter, pulse width detector, period width and duty cycle detector. ITCU-12
12-CHANNEL THERMOCOUPLE MODULE

The ITCU-12 is a twelve channel isolated thermocouple module that is Cat II rated. Each channel can be selected from a variety of thermocouple types such as J, K, E, T, N, B, R, S, and C. View the ITCU-12 specifications

IBRM-6
6-CHANNEL DC BRIDGE MODULE, ISOLATED

The IBRM-6 is a six channel isolated bridge module that is Cat II rated. It accepts full, half, and quarter bridge inputs and supports TEDS capability. Measurement ranges are from 2 mV full scale to 2 V full scale. View the IBRM-6 specifications

IRTD-12
12-CHANNEL RTD MODULE SUPPORTS DIRECT CONNECTIONS OF
PT 100 RTD

The IRTD-12 is a twelve channel isolated RTD module that directly accepts Pt 100 RTD probes. Supported types include Pt 100 (385), Pt 100 (3916), Pt 100 (3926), resistance up to 45010Ω. The IRTD is Cat II rated. View the IRTD-12 specifications

IEPE-6
6-CHANNEL ISOLATED PIEZOELECTRIC SENSOR MODULE

The IEPE-6 is a six channel isolated piezoelectric sensor module. The IEPE-6 supports Integrated Electronics Piezo-Electric (IEPE) transducers known as ICP® / ISOTRON® / PIEZOTRON® and LIVM transducers or charge amplifier heads. DIOC-16
16-CHANNEL DIGITAL I/O, ANALOG OUTPUT, COUNTER AND
RELAY MODULE

The DIOC-16 is a digital input/output board that provides 16 channels. The board capabilities include digital (TTL) inputs and outputs, 32-bit counters, relay outputs, and waveform generation. There are a number of counter/totalizer modes such as frequency counters, quadrature counter, gated pulse counter, pulse width detector, edge separation timer, and others. The DIOC-16 gives the TMX the flexibility to be used in a number of different applications where the control of a test is needed or the TMX is to be integrated into a larger test stand where I/O's are required.
